I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by technician James from Our TeMitziech....Thought I lost all my University/personal data on my external HDD that became faulty, but thanks to James I can actually submit my coursework on time....He provided excellent customer service and has a very pleasant attitude...I would most definitely recommend his service and would not hesitate to use again.
